How about a story, ladies and gents?
A fairy tale for tap dancer and strings…
Conductor and composer Airat Ichmouratov, together with our guest soloist, Max Pollak, one of the most prestigious names in today’s international tap scene, present the story of Shabarsha, a fairytale full of many weird and wonderful events…
The evenings program will also feature many other brilliant pieces of music, including Airat Ichmouratov’s Chamber symphony no 3 and Elgar’s Introduction and Allegro for Strings, one of the composer’s most romantic works.
A truly magical end to the season!
